Learn to Play the Piano Book 1 Combo | Lessons 1–10 + Song Book 1

This is a great self learning course. These books together with the YouTube videos create a great self teaching course. I don't see how you could do better than this for teaching yourself piano.

I am a mature aged person who tried to learn the piano in my late 40's and was virtually told by the teacher that I was too academic to learn - not even know what that meant I tried but it didn't happen. I looked online and found Alison and I am really enjoying the experience - I am hoping that my grand kids will be able to learn from this book and online instruction as well. Thanks so much. I was a complete beginner with no experience at all, I can't even sing and I thought I was hopeless. However, after practicing with this book for about a month I learned all the music basics and now I am able to play simple pieces. I am really thrilled! Thank you Alison!

I printed the downloaded books which are fantastic. I find it super helpful that I can go along with the online tutor, it makes things so much easier, for the first time I love to learn to play.

I was hesitant to order the books, but after not being able to follow along with the videos I decided to order the combo set for the first book and song book. I am an absolute beginner, with zero musical experience what so ever. I watched several tutorials online, but Allison's were by far the most informative! I really am impressed with the work she put into the books. She has a link for each exercise that takes you directly to the video AND to the exact spot in the video where she plays it! She also has the scan code you can scan with your phone. I'm really enjoying the progression of learning the keys and learning one hand and two hands separately and now two hands together. I also really like that she has the notes written in for people like me who can't read music yet, but is slowly taking away a few of them to get you used to it. I've mastered everything up to lesson 9 which is both hands together. My husband who can play any instrument you give him is impressed by her book and very impressed with my progress!! I'll be buying the next book soon!! Thanks for making me feel like I have my own personal teacher in my home with me!

The Combo Deal is great value. I have been enjoying working my way through the different exercises and songs, and feel that I am getting rock-solid tuition from someone who really knows what they are talking about. I would highly recommend Alison's online tuition and books.

I have never played piano before but after 5 lessons I feel feel like I have improved a lot! It's easy to use and explained very well! No complaints!!

Bought a keyboard a week ago and found the online tutorials, then downloaded the book a few days later, and am already up to Lesson 9! The lessons in the book and videos are so comprehensive and easy to follow, I am thoroughly enjoying it as a complete beginner! I would highly recommend this product.

Great course to learn piano. I plan to do the entire course. Not only will you learn to play. You have the joy of learning from a beautiful talented woman. Nothing to lose here. Highly recommended!!
